How task rewards, balances and payout records are represented on CommunityTask Hub.
Task rewards
Publishers set a reward amount and currency for each task. The amount is captured when a contributor claims the task so later edits do not change the agreed reward.
- Reasonable amount limits
- Currency recorded per task
- Reward issued after completion
- Duplicate credits prevented
Wallet records
Completed rewards create immutable ledger entries. Available and reserved amounts are calculated from transaction history rather than a single editable balance.
Payout requests
Contributors can submit payout details for administrator review. Approval and payment are separate recorded states. The platform does not promise a payment method or timing unless separately agreed.
Frequently asked questions
Does the website automatically send money?
No. It records requests and administrator decisions; payment is handled separately.
Can a completed reward be removed?
Completed reward records are designed to remain auditable and should only be corrected through a compensating transaction.
